Toss Muga Riha   Mekhela is a traditional Assamese garment made from toss muga silk fabric.It is a two piece garment,consisting of Riha and Mekhela .Riha refers to the long piece of fabric draped around the body and mekhela refers to the flared skirt wraped around the waist.
