Cancellation Policy

The cancellation policy for orders placed on ZillyBuy may vary depending on the seller.

ONDC Network sellers: Some products are non-cancellable & non-returnable. This will be clearly indicated on the product page.
For eligible orders, customers can cancel anytime before shipment. Once shipped, the order cannot be canceled.
The cancellation window varies by category. Orders cannot be canceled once the specified time has elapsed or the order status has changed.
In some cases, post the specified time/status change, a cancellation fee may apply. The time window shown on the product or order confirmation page will be considered final.
If the seller cancels due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be initiated for prepaid orders.
ZillyBuy reserves the right to accept, modify, or waive the time window or cancellation fee from time to time.

Refund terms may vary by product category and seller policy. Details on the product page always take precedence.

Non-cancellable items: Clearly marked on the product page. If a refund applies, it is processed only under specific conditions (e.g., undelivered product or seller-initiated cancellation).
Cancellable items: If the order is canceled before shipment, a refund will be processed. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible and no refund is initiated.
Seller cancellations: For prepaid orders, a full refund is issued.

Processing time: Refunds are initiated once the cancellation is confirmed or the issue is validated. Refunds generally take 5–7 business days to reflect in your account after processing (actual time depends on your payment method/bank).
Refund method: Refunds are sent back to the original payment method used at purchase.

ZillyBuy reserves the right to modify or waive off the refund conditions at its discretion.
In case of disputes or issues related to refunds,ZillyBuy decision will be considered final.
