Let cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely. To make a cake, mix 1 cup of Singhada Aata with 1/2 cup of butter. Add 1 cup of sugar, 3 eggs, and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract. Mix until smooth. Pour the batter into a greased 9x13 inch baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Let the cake cool completely in the pan before frosting. To use Singhada Aata as a thickener for soups and stews, simply add 1-2 tablespoons of Singhada Aata to the soup or stew and stir until thickened.
