The twelfth and final volume of Netaji Sampoorna Vangmya begins with his speeches and emotional radio broadcasts in January 1941, Netaji toured Europe and South-East Asia and assumed the leadership of the Indian Independence League on July 4, 1943. On October 21, 1943, Netaji formed the interim government of Azad Hind Fauj launched its glorious campagin with the slogan 'Chalo Delhi' and set the example of bravery.
