Our home made fish pickle is made with the freshest ingredients, including seer fish, spices, and oil. It is a delicious and versatile condiment that can be enjoyed with a variety of dishes. This fish pickle is made with seer fish, which is a type of mackerel that is known for its firm texture and mild flavor. The fish is caught locally and is processed and canned within hours of being caught. This ensures that the fish is fresh and of the highest quality. The fish is then marinated in a blend of spices and oil. The spices include chili powder, turmeric, cumin, and coriander. The oil helps to preserve the fish and also adds to the flavor. The fish pickle is then left to mature for several weeks. This allows the flavors to develop and mellow. The result is a delicious and flavorful pickle that is perfect for adding a touch of spice to your meals. Our fish pickle is a great source of protein and omega-3 fatty acids.
