The Fabiano 1200 Watts Induction Cooktop with Crystal Glass is a compact, energy-efficient and high-performance electric cooking appliance designed for fast, convenient and safe cooking. It operates on a 200–240V, 50Hz single-phase power supply with a rated power consumption of 1200 Watts. The cooktop features a user-friendly push-button control panel with coloured buttons and menu indications, LED display, timer setting and fast-heating functionality. It is equipped with seven preset cooking menus suitable for Indian cooking applications such as Gravy, Pressure Cook, Roti/Dosa, Stir Fry, Deep Fry, Milk/Water, Curry and Slow Cook. A minimum of six power levels provide flexibility for different cooking requirements, while the Turbo function allows the appliance to instantly operate at maximum power for faster heating. The maximum operating temperature is up to 240°C. The induction cooktop is manufactured with a durable ABS and PP body and a premium crystal glass cooking surface. It has a black body with a coloured panel strip and coloured push buttons with clearly marked cooking menus. The minimum overall dimensions of the cooktop are 35 cm in length, 28.5 cm in width and 6 cm in height, including the feet/legs. The crystal glass has a minimum dimension of 25 cm × 25 cm and a minimum thickness of 0.4 cm. Its slim and premium-quality construction makes the appliance compact, durable and suitable for regular cooking applications. The cooktop is supplied with a 3/2.5 core power cord having a minimum effective length of 1.2 metres outside the body, a minimum 1.0 sq. mm copper conductor and an ISI-marked 6A plug. It provides minimum 4 KV surge protection and incorporates an automatic voltage regulator for improved protection against electrical fluctuations. The internal cooling system uses a low-noise brushless fan operating below 55 dB to provide effective cooling during operation. For enhanced user safety, the Fabiano Induction Cooktop incorporates automatic shut-off, overheat protection, child lock and a cool-to-touch cooking surface. Pan sensor technology ensures that the appliance operates only when compatible cookware is placed on the cooking surface. The appliance can automatically switch to a power-saving mode to help prevent overheating and also provides a power-consumption display for convenient monitoring. Anti-skid rubber feet provide additional stability and help prevent movement of the appliance during cooking. The Fabiano 1200 Watts Induction Cooktop is Made in India and shall meet applicable local-content requirements under Class-I/Class-II, as applicable. An operation, instruction and maintenance manual in English/Hindi shall be provided with each induction cooktop. Provision shall also be available for PMSG/MBY logo branding on the cooktop and packaging box through stickers as required. The product is designed to meet applicable safety and performance requirements including IS 302-2-6 for Safety of Household and Similar Electrical Appliances, Part 2, Particular Requirements for Cooking Ranges, Hobs, Ovens and Similar Appliances; IS 19014:2022 for Household Electric Cooking Appliances – Performance Requirements of Electric Hobs; and IEC 62301:2011 for measurement of standby power, as applicable. Induction cooktops conforming to the latest applicable BEE standards and the highest available BEE star rating, wherever applicable, may also be considered.
