SECOND WAVE TECHNOLOGY: The LP6 V2 includes a new amplifier platform allowing for 12 dB less noise, while input sensitivity has been increased by 3 dB. The tuning has been refined for smoother HF response, and the boundary EQs have been updated to reflect common real-world use cases. Physical improvements include lighter transducer cones for better transient response and upgraded cabinet construction for greater reliability.- TRANSPARENT SOUNDS (IDEAL FOR MIXING AND MASTERING) - From mixing and mastering to video production and DJing, the LP-6 can adapt to any situation. Designed to offer highly transparent sound at an affordable price. Capture every nuance from your mix and hear subtle details that conventional speakers will miss. At the heart of the Kali Audio LP-6 is a powerful Class-D amplifier. This integrated amp ensures clean and reliable power, optimized to provide the best performance.- CUTTING-EDGE WAVEGUIDE DESIGN YIELDS ROCK-SOLID IMAGING: The Kali Audio LP-6 V2s cutting-edge waveguide design minimizes unwanted reflections, thereby preventing the smeared sound stage thats inherent in many low-cost studio monitors. With the LP-6 V2, youll know the exact location of every instrument in your mixs stereo field. This will also you to mix faster, and produce better results.- LOW-NOISE PORT TUBE EXHIBITS CLEAN, PUNCHY LOW END: One of the LP-6 V2s most novel features is its low-noise port tube. Many port tubes emit turbulence, as air leaves the tube at different speeds from different points of the opening. This turbulence produces chuffing, a noisy sound that obscures the low-end details of your mix. The LP-6 V2s port tube, on the other hand, ensures that all of the air exits at the same velocity. The end result is clean, punchy bass with zero added noise.- BOUNDARY EQ ENSURES OPTIMAL SOUND IN ANY ENVIRONMENT: The LP-6 V2s Boundary EQ supplies you with presets that are tailored to eight common speaker placements. You also get LF/HF trims for fine-tuning the speakers response. With the LP-6 V2, youll be able to optimize its response, no matter what environment youre mixing in.
