Coriander is an annual herb in the family Apiaceae. It is also known as Chinese parsley or dhania, and in the United States the stems and leaves are usually called cilantro. All parts of the plant are edible, but the fresh leaves and the dried seeds are the parts most traditionally used in cooking.Store it in an air-tight container in room temperature  because after 2-3 weeks insects will form in it .Recomended to keep under sunlight once in a while .
