Dry your hands with a soft towel. Insert a Contour TS test strip into the meter. Prick your finger with a lancing device. Apply a small drop of blood to the end of the test strip. Wait for the meter to beep and display your blood glucose result. Remove the test strip from the meter and dispose of it securely.  Safety information: Make sure to use a clean, dry test strip. Apply a small drop of blood to the end of the test strip within 5 seconds of pricking your finger. Do not overfill the test strip.
