Delete your ZillyBuy account
This page explains how to permanently delete your ZillyBuy account and the personal data attached to it. It applies to both the ZillyBuy website and the ZillyBuy Android app (com.zillybuy), operated by Mobilogi Technologies.
What gets deleted
- Your name, email address and mobile number
- All saved delivery addresses
- Your cart and saved lists
- Notification subscriptions on every device
- Support chat history
What we have to keep, and why
- Order and invoice records, including amounts and tax details
- Payment and refund records
Indian tax and company law require us to retain transaction records for up to 8 years, so these cannot be erased on request. After your account is deleted they are no longer linked to your name, email or phone number.
How long it takes
Your account is deactivated immediately and permanently deleted after 30 days. During those 30 days you can sign in and cancel the request to get your account back. After that it cannot be recovered.
You cannot delete your account while an order is still being delivered or a refund is still open — we need to be able to reach you until those are finished.
