Please read about our clear and transparent refund and cancellation process.

Applicable Products for Returns:

– Damaged or defective items received are eligible for return.

– The wrong products delivered can be exchanged for the correct ones.

– Non-working products can be returned for a refund or replacement.

– Products with manufacturing defects are eligible for replacement.

– Products with packaging damage can be returned for a refund or replacement.

Non-Applicable Products for Returns:

– Used products cannot be returned.

– Products damaged due to misuse/overuse are not eligible for return.

– Products without original packaging, including price tags, labels, and accessories, cannot be returned.

– Products with tampered serial numbers are not eligible for return.

– Free products provided by the brand cannot be returned.

– Orders where customer have opted for additional discount by agreeing to No Return.

– For quality issues, No returns/replacements are eligible.

Process to Initiate Return:

– Raise the return request in the ‘My Orders’ section within 48 hours.

– Contact customer support via email or phone within 24 to 48 hours of receiving the order.

– Provide order ID details and request for return, replacement, or refund.

– Include unboxing images or videos as proof of undamaged products.

– The return pick-up for the order will be initiated within 24 to 48 hours.

– Ensure the product is returned unused, with original tags, contents, manual, box, and packaging intact.

After Return Process:

– Once the products are received by us, we will inform you whether the product is replaceable or refundable.

– Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 48 hours.

– If it is a case of replacement, the replacement process will start once the returned product is received at the warehouse in good condition.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Before Dispatch:

– Once an order is confirmed, it can be cancelled within 24 hours of order placement for free of cost. After 24 hours, if the order is already shipped then the shipping charges has to be borne by the customer.

– If your order hasn’t shipped yet, please contact us through our Contact Us page, ensuring all order details are provided.

– Your cancellation request will be reviewed against our acceptable policy. If approved, your order will be canceled, and refunds will be processed within 5 to 7 business days to your respective bank account/credit card account.

Cancellation Post Shipment:

– If you wish to cancel an order that has been shipped but not yet dispatched, please contact our Customer Support team on WhatsApp at +91 9136967840.

– If you cancel an order after it has been handed over to the courier company, delivery attempts may still occur. Please accept the delivery and we will arrange to get the product picked up from you. Applicable charges may apply. Refund amount will be processed once the product is received at our warehouse.
